Location and spacious

Bit overpriced for less than a 12 hour stay

We loved the park and the views. The location is amazing lots of amazing lakes, castles, mountains to explore. Staff replied quickly to all our enquiries.

The place had a very intense smell. There were spider webs in the bedrooms. We didn't feel comfortable.

Location was great. Very pretty holiday park

Chalet had not been used for a very long time, it smelt musty, the fridge smelt so bad it was unusable. The decor was tired. The hot tap in the bathroom was not fixed to the sink so you had to hold it with one hand while you undid it. The outdoor furniture was also unusable as it was covered in thick green algae. The front garden was covered in 3ft weeds.

Location was good and amazing But was very disappointed by cleanliness. Very dirty from inside like last cleaning was done few years back . Toilet and shower falling apart . Think owner should check with cleaning staff . We requested owner vacuum cleaner so we can clean it ourselves but there is no way to get it .

Great location with lovely views. Spacious apartments. Kids loved the pool and snack shop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. On bus route to magaluf and palma nova.

The drains did smell a bit and there was not much ventilation in the bathroom. One of our apartments had a blocked toilet but staff did move us to another apartment.

Great stay, lovely cabin, lovely site. Will 100% be back. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable place very cosy and superbly situated by the clubhouse. Great stay.

Just needed a matt by the front door to leave shoes. Was a slight smell of mould throughout. But would recommend a dehumidifier would solve that as those cabins are likely to get condensation.
