Great location, nice and cosy chalet, with all the amenities, would recommend and stay again

Decor, cleanliness hob oven most of he equipment high standard lovely decor and bird feeder

Lacked a couple of basics but great mostly. No corkscrew bought for you. Better than many of GG lodges mind. Steps up not disabled friendly! Loved it

It was a pleasure to have stayed here. Great location and peaceful surroundings. Would definitely recommend 👌

The bar was fine, oven easy to work, TV in living area.

The Lodge we had 146 Snowden Drive was moldy with black spots, unclean, cobwebs in kitchen, living room area and spiders, bin unemptied on arrival we had to take out former occupiers rubbish, no bin bags provided, no hair dryer, no brush outside or in, outside covered in leaves and nothing to brush away with, no coffee or sugar or milk sachets, faded bedding, no inside dining area just a coffee table, not enough seating for family of 5, leaking tap outside property, electric went into reserve despite being out most of the stay, no bathroom bin, very little hand gel left in bathroom, old doors in property, dust. Probably worst booking made would expect more from Booking.com and for the price paid, would like a refund. Part of plastic blind fell off into kitchen sink in night woke me up! Bed uncomfortable in main bedroom, springs in mattress, partner could not sleep in the bed. Cushions with threads hanging out on sofa. Lodge very small. No wardrobes.

Not comfortable, electric meter ran out so had no electricity, owner changed from large apartment to small cabin with no compensation or lower price

We got a email to say they had to put us in another chalet because of maintenance problems on this one,couldnt beleave were they put us it was dirty and i mean dirty if you book this chalet and the owners have to move you to there other chalet dont get your money back,he did reply back to me but nothing else so 151 dont go i normally dont do bad reveiws but taking my mum on her 76th birthday for a treat spoiled it also the smell in there is terrible
