MOEL SIABOD - GLAN GWNA HOLIDAY PARK

It was lovely, clean and comfortable with a stunning view and the host was lovely, very helpful and friendly

Unfortunately we got there past midnight on the first night due to traffic delays, only to discover that the code for the keysafe hadn't been sent by bookings.com, and we ended up sleeping in the car for the first night! I had left the host a voicemail, and she called us straight away early morning & was lovely.

No bbq as stated on the website. Not good when we had bought loads of bbq food. Toilet left unclean on arrival and wasn’t working. The owner could only get an emergency plumber for the following morning. We had to use a pan to flush the toilet with two adults and two kids. Dirty cutlery, rusty drainer, dirty cupboards, mouldy cupboards, dead spider and spillage in cupboard and freezer.

Great location for us. Pool was a nice facility but weather rendered it unused. Nice to have a place to eat.

A couple more loo rolls and attention to details - there were some clothes left in some drawers.

The location was great, the amenities on sight were good but food could have been better. The property itself wasn’t cleaned to a great standard on arrival and smelt like damp throughout the inside. The toilet had no toilet roll. The kitchen was well prepped but we were not made away before hand if the pay as you go electric.

The location of the park

The place was full of mould on the walls it stunk of damp so we left we didn't stay and now we are fighting to get our full refund back. The condition of the place will have a damaging affect of people's health. We advice not to stay there . Badly kept and no care into the property. The owner has ignored ours calls and not answered the phone from booking.com. it's such a shame as she is a disgrace to the holiday park..although they hold some responsibility as they should have regular checks on all.properties on their site.
