Group-Friendly 3BR Home with Garden Near Swansea Beach

Mould in every room. Paint peeling. Plaster falling off in kitchen. Broken light fittings. Old disgusting beds. We left two days early as we started to feel unwell from mould and will be taking legal action.

Very convenient for our activities over Easter weekend. Clean and value for money. Clean and fresh bedding and towels. Warm and comfortable....would stay again.

As others have said ..the mattresses could be better. Parking can be a squeeze for 2 cars. We parked down the road slightly which wasn't a problem at all

Perfectly acceptable for our requirements. The kitchen utensil’s provided were good quality. Did go looking for a corkscrew which wasn’t there. Towels that were provided were good size.

Few more pictures around, would make it a bit more homey. It was wet, and we didn’t spend a lot of time in the property but one afternoon sat and watched tv. Noticed the back garden was full of dog poo. Would not have been able to spend time out there, it was awful. There were only 3 of us staying and then had another 2 people over to eat one evening. It would have been quite crowded with 6 adults staying.

I chose the property as I was working at my Daughter's house and my Grandson was able to come for tea and stay over. I did not want to use my car during my stay. Nice secluded back garden.

No instruction on how to use the boiler/heating. The double bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Numerous comments made about the bed over several months but all of them have been totally ignored so nothing done about it. A real spoiler! The cold tap in the bathroom did not work, toilet was rather noisy. Dining chairs were wobbly as was the coffee table. No corkscrew. Although there is a washing machine and dishwasher but no tablets. It would be nice if a couple of each were supplied. There was no washing up liquid or hand soap around the house. Not having any in the bathroom was a disappointment. It would be a nice touch if a pack was made up so we could help ourselves to what we needed. Some tea bags were supplied and some sachets of milk on arrival. However, no coffee or sugar. The place is really set up for four people as there is not enough seating for any more. Oh, yes. As we were unable to put rubbish out, as we did not have the correct coloured bags, the rubbish built up. I found out later there is a private collection. However, this is not made clear. I got a text to say put out rubbish the following day but I ignored it as none of the neighbours had put theirs out. The house is not as close to the beach as suggested.

Everything you would require in a house was available

The double bed wasn’t the best for comfort . We personally found the parking on the drive was a nightmare at times due to other residents ! This would be fine if you have a smaller vehicle so you had more turning room

Great location for the beaches and close to Swansea centre for those not so sunny days. Spacious, clean with good facilities. Staff super helpful, great communication before and after stay.

Double bed not the most comfortable but OK for a few days away. Had an issue with the bath but this was resolved within hours.

Accommodation was lovely...the kids liked the space

Felt like the accommodation had not been maintained or cleaned for a while, we encountered water leakage from bathroom to kitchen which disrupted our activities, cold tap in bathroom not working, shower knob giving problems and cleaning was quite appauling, we were going to complain upon our arrival, layers of dust that look like cob webs which has clearly not been cleaned, towels had loads of hair on them....we were so upset, we left personal items hidden due to leakage and we're paranoid this may happen again. The staff helped with leakage, maintenance guy was very friendly. When shower knob gave problem. I raised a complaint but no reply or response . My husband left his work laptop and expensive shaving equipment in a bag so we could shower else where, which completely disoriented our day. To be honest it's quite disheartening....it felt like the company was in directly saying these things happen just deal with.
