NEW Grade 2 historic flat in the heart of Chester

Warm Good size Central

The communal stairs were dirty Carpet filthy and the area smelt musty Dried sick on entrance steps The living room needs a proper blind at the window not just a bit of net Sofa needs fresh cushions Toilet seat loose

It was a fabulous location in the middle of Chester

Being central also meant being close to pubs and clubs and although we had little ‘night noise’ we could imagine that in theme warmer months it could be noisy overnight

Location was excellent. Would definitely recommend for Chester City break.

Short of some essential utensils in kitchen. Bathroom needs a few repairs. Reported to owner.

We had a fantastic few days in this apartment and everything was absolutely perfect. Great communication with the owner and super location to the racecourse. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Chester.

Location, location, location. A little too busy on race night, but you could not get more into the heart of the action. The place has a lovely feel to it, and the host was extremely helpful.

To be fair, nothing at all major. The hot water eluded us a couple of times, and the finish of some aspects of the flat not perfect. However, it's a lovely little apartment.
