NEW Grade 2 historic flat in the heart of Chester

Perfectly located for a short break with our cavapoo.

I had a lovely stay in this property that's been beautifully renovated and decorated. The location is ideal, right in the centre of Chester but on a relatively quiet street. Beds very comfy, kitchen was well-equipped and the dishwasher was particularly handy! James was very responsive and helpful when an issue came up with the heating/boiler. Check in instructions were very clear too.

As mentioned above there was an issue with the boiler leaking and heating initially not working - James was very helpful and liaised with the property owner to get the heating working again.

Property is prime location, reasonable 24 hour parking a few mins walk away details provided by host. Host was quick to sort WiFi issue. The apartment felt very homely and cosey, lovely features. Feel host has done well in keeping features of the building while trying to add all that's needed. Stayed Sun-Tue and fairly quiet, although some passing noise it is to be expected from a main city centre street. Great amount of facilities provided by host which made stay easier and welcoming

This is not within the hosts control but the building itself is noisy, some kind of water heater sound going off various times in the night, kept my friend awake the first night, nothing a glass of wine couldn't fix the second - even with this would stay again.

The apartment is well located, everything is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, I loved it , Everything clean and organized

Words cannot describe how beautiful the apartment is. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely clean. We used a key box to access the keys with clear instruction provided. The main bedroom bed was unbelievably comfortable. The location is walkable from the train station and based in the heart of the high street. There was a hair dryer and fresh towels provided. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

When we arrived the fridge was turned off with the closed door which had a bit of a smell to it! We left the fridge as found (turned off with the door closed) and when we did turn the fridge on it made this weird beeping noise which we worried would carry on through the weekend but thankfully stopped after an hour or so.

For me this apartment is just perfect and I have stayed there before. The location is just spot on. Chester isn't that big of a city and it is easily walkable around. The apartment offers really good accommodation for staying over for few nights and with separate bedrooms it is a perfect place for a family or staying over with acquaintances. And a very big thanks for James to helping us out of a bit of problem we had with changed travel plans and doing the utmost that our visit there was successful!
