NEW Grade 2 historic flat in the heart of Chester

great location, near to all amenities. property decorated throughout lovely with all equipment needed for a great stay.

The communal hall way, I think let’s the property down, could do with new carpets or carpets been cleaned. Rug in lounge needs anti slip mat underneath. Some maps and local attraction information in the property would be great also. other than that lovely place.

Property was really comfortable with everything you could need. Location was great, perfect for getting around and seeing all different parts of city. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Comfortable furnishing.

it was a bit noisy at night given the proximity of bars and clubs. stairs for second bed were really steep, so someone staying there would need to be agile.

The access for dropping off luggage was difficult because Watergate Street is closed to traffic after 10:30. It was a bit of a trek with suitcases and bags from the nearest carpark

location was perfect

it wasn’t very clean. Dog/cat fur on sofas and bedding and bathroom was that clean.

We loved everything about this property. it was everything and more we could have hoped for so thank you very much for a wonderful weekend.

Great location and the apartment had all the facilities we needed for a weekend away.

The apartment was noisy, both from the guests in the flat above (hard floors meant a lot of footfall noise, especially at night) as well as the bars immediately outside which didn't close until after 2am on Sat night. So bring some ear plugs!
