"Disappointed with the temperature in the apartment"

Very good location and parking very acceptable, a lovely apartment with nice views

The apartment was not warm enough for us , the heaters were only on at certain times so the place ended up cold late in the evening when they went off , for the price we paid for 5 nights I would have expected to be able to control the temperature.

Bath wasn't clean and nothing to clean it with. No key for the window lock in the bedroom, not possible to open.

"Lovely, well equipped apartment."

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable & well equipped. The underground parking was great. Beautiful views from the lounge windows & lovely decor. Just a 10 mins walk into the old town. Loved the coffee machine, hot shower & comfy bed. Overall a lovely apartment. Dog friendly.

The heating was a problem. It was very cold on arrival & I had to spend over an hour ringing the call centre to get the heating put on remotely. It was fine when finally came on but the same thing happened on the second day. Thermostats were locked so we couldn't adjust it ourselves. The heating was ok on the last day. The staff were very helpful on the phone but it slightly spoilt an otherwise beautiful place. We didn't let it spoil our stay however, but needs sorting out.

The apartment was decorated and furnished to a good standard..all furniture and beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! Great location...just 10 minute walk into the centre of Whitby.

One of the oven trays wasn't clean, but not a massive issue.

the location is perfect for us, just a short walk from the town centre, private parking was also available which meant we didnt have to use the car for the whole time that we were there.

There was nothing that did not meet our expectations. This is either the 3rd or 4th time that we have stayed here and love it every time.
