Amazing views, great descriptions of accessing anx getting to the property. Loved the app as well.

The apartment was quite chilly when we got there. Took a number of hours for it to feel warm.

Stayed here lots of times and suits our needs. Like home from home, location great, parking great, apartment great, we liked the new decor and was a nice surprise when we walked in. Will continue to use the apartment as long as it's available.

The apartment was not as clean as it normally is, quite a few high level cobwebs, bitty on all floors, mark on one of the pillow cases and some verdigris in toilet. I'm not complaining as normally standards are greater than this, and may have just been an off day for the cleaning team. We generally are not in the apartment for 12-14 hours a day so it's all good.

Location. The apartment was comfortable and has great views.

No washing machine which was frustrating for an 11 night stay. Cold in the bedroom….heating already preset or controlled remotely. Reported a problem with the bathroom lights on our first day. Was assured someone would contact us to arrange maintenance/fix but this did not happen. We could not use the main lights for the whole trip due to strobing and one light hanging from ceiling. The light above the bathroom mirror did not work either so we had to purchase replacement strip bulb ….this was the only light we had during the trip as the bathroom is internal and has no window.

Instructions for heating were a little obscure. Problem with a couple of lights in the bathroom, one flickering and the one over the sink didn’t work.

The heating was preset to come on at certain time and there were a few hours we were at the property with very little heat and could not change it.

Location is perfect just a short flat walk into town centre. Lovely views from all windows telescope was really great touch, lovely apartment with all amenities you would need, area very quiet,secure parking such a bonus.

Was a bit cold in the evening and couldn’t turn the radiator up more

Had lovely week. Good location and parking, offering nice views of whitby harbour. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with good comms from our friendly host who provided a helpful guide to the property.
