Grosvenor House APT 2

There was a weird small in the hallway, it was like a mix between wet dog and bleach/ cleaning products

Very clean and tidy comfortable beds, great location

Windows howl when windy making it hard to sleep old windows. Was given two different apartments different to the one booked did have to ask to get apartment booked. Were apologetic.

Beautiful place

No heating at all. No hot water. Cold ❄️🥶 tried turning the thermo up. But boiler was not working or not on

Wow what a location! Right on the seafront, can't beat it! Split over two floors, it was very spacious though worth noting the layout has changed somewhat from the pictures (bedroom now in what's shown as a living rooms etc.)

Very minor thing but we didn't have enough shower gel/shampoo to cover our group for the weekend

nothing. We booked this property as it looked nice and had a sea view. That is what we paid for. However, when collecting the keys from the Fourseasons Hotel, they informed is that we would not be staying in this apartment as it had been fully booked!! We were put in another apartment without a seaview and not very suitable for the 18month old child we had with us. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!
