Grosvenor House APT 2

Lovely apartment, very comfortable! central location and very spacious! Lovely views along the front!

Location and floor plan, great view from sitting room and comfortable furniture.

No tea strainer . No cheese grater. Lack of glass tumblers No dustpan and brush.

The location is perfect the house is big and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean

The view over the sea is perfect

The location was lovely, rooms spacious and clean

We had booked apartment 2 but were given apartment 4, this was on the ground floor level and below.. as over 2 floors. The bedroom master window was directly on the seafront where people walked directly past, not that this was an issue to our party but maybe for light sleepers

Perfect location with the view of the promenade, constitution hill, the pier and the sea. The kids loved having their own rooms and the chair and couches were super comfy

I wish there were more than one set of keys, because we did not always want to go the same places and come back qt the same time. Also, the description says there is a washing machine (there is even a picture), but when I called to Ask where to find it I was told they never had one (there are laundromats in Aberystwyth, so we got it done)

We did not occupy the special suite we had booked.

This apartment APT2 that we specifically booked, many months in advance was not available on arrival. We had stayed as a family in this apartment 2 years previously. We planned and booked to stay there for our son’s graduation. The fact that it was not available on arrival with no notice is misrepresentation. This was apparently down to a computer error, or the apartment was being renovated although it appeared occupied. There was no apology. The alternative provided was not as special. Secondly: We were given keys to the alternative apartment, and entered only to find guest had checked into the alternative in error, so our arrival sequence was less than ideal.
