Good value basic apartment . Problem with boiler fixed very promptly. This was fifth visit and will book again.

Only one dessert spoon and one bowl so we had to share. Dirty oven with previous occupants' food still in there. Would prefer coat hooks to a painting in the hallway.

Bed was comfy

Noisy neighbours upstairs. Not very good TV reception. Couldn't get my phone to work on their WiFi. Place was in a rough area.

"The worst holiday ever"

There was nothing we liked we asked for a ground floor flat as we both have disabilities and can not climb the 39 stairs we had to get a stranger to take our suitcases up as we could not do them ourselves we could only go out once a day as we could not do all the stairs 2 times our holiday was the worst one ever we tried to contact the owner as well as your selves to say we needed to be in a ground floor because of our walking difficulties but could never get through to I would like some compensation as really this was the holiday from hell

A ground floor as was requested several weeks before hand but no you did not listen to what we asked for we will never book with you again
