Near to seafront & shops Plenty of hot water

Sloping ceilings Finding a place to park even though we had a permit

Clean modern spacious, close to beach.

Didn't get car permit , parked and got £25 ticket

the hall and stairs carpet was filthy and had a hole. the floor in the apartment was dirty and the telly didn't work tho we changed the batteries in the remote

Flat 3 is riddled with bed bugs on the sofa!!!! I’ve tried to contact the landlord no response the flat is filthy!!!! Would never stay again

Everything was clean. The rooms were all of a generous size. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The bathroom was quite luxurious having a bath and a shower. The wifi worked well. The heating worked well.

It was a basement so understandably rather gloomy. The blinds were fragile and broken, and if you did pull them up, the views from every window were quite unpleasant. 3 of the 4 lightbulbs in the kitchen were blown, and the other main light hanging from the ceiling looked unfinished. The sofa was tiny. The whole place felt pretty stark, not homely at all. The TV aerial hardly worked, so you were lucky to get maybe 25% of the channels on a good day. The extractor fan in the bathroom ran for ages after using the light which was annoying in the bedroom at night. The neighbours were pretty noisy most nights. There were lots of narrow stairs to get down to the basement, which is difficult with cases. The boiler repairman arrived one afternoon with his own keys which was a surprise.

Nice and central position. Needed as a base for 4 nights which fitted the bill nicely

The only issue was it’s not a very nice road with some dubious neighbours but appreciate there’s nothing you can do about that
