Good location, lovely size lounge kitchen area

The beds could have done with more pillows. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment. It didn’t feel very secure as the door only had a Yale lock and could have done with a chain. Parking was a bit limited.

Es tut mir leid, dass ich die Unterkunft so schlecht bewerten muss. Der Ansprechpartner hat sofort und immer freundlich reagiert. Die Waschmaschine war super und alle Geräte haben funktioniert.

Allerdings war es unheimlich dreckig. Unter den Betten lag Staub von Wochen und sogar etwas Müll. Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. In der Dusche waren Haare der Vormieter. Keiner von uns hat sich gewagt, dort die Dusche zu betreten. Der Handtuchhalter war kaputt und so rostig, dass jedes Handtuch davon dreckig würde.

Unfortunately, when we arrived despite having free permit parking, there wasn't enough space on the road, which was probably a blessing in disguise as the road itself had neighbours drinking alcohol from 9am and there was a strong smell of cannabis from morning to night. We chose the apartment for the self catering, however the oven had no numbers or any markings on it, so we were unable to use it and had to eat out. There was no signal on the TV, and despite the owner asking us to return the TV, we were only able to get ITV channels, and they still cut out. The blinds were broken, and so were the cupboards, 1 in the kitchen and both cupboards in the bathroom. I also checked the photos from Booking.com and what we stayed in was not as advertised!

The property was disgusting. It is not fit for people to stay in there the bathroom was unclean paint chipped, mold in shower, dirty floors and the shower doors were covered in limescale. Kitchen utensils were broken, dirty and were missing key equipment like oven gloves. The washing machine had brown liquid leaking out the door. Bedroom wasn’t too bad sheets seemed clean but the mirrors, window, draws and everything in it had not been cleaned. The inside stairs up to the apartment smelt like wet dog and piss. The stay was not anywhere near the standards I would expect especially when we did not even get the room we booked for as it was given to someone else then we had to wait half an hour for it to be “cleaned” so we only got into the apartment at 4:30 when check in was suppose to be 3. Took 3 calls and multiple texts to even get through to the person in charge aswell. Very disappointed in this stay and would not recommend.
