The bay at Filey is an excellent location. Stayed there many times

Accommodation needs freshening up. Bunk bed had springs bulging through. No toilet rolls or soap on arrival. Owner sent some after contacting them.

Clean and tidy

Spoilt by lack of outdoor furniture. A must have on thusxsirt of break. Although details said we could book into swimming pool. Reception said owner should have left us tokens.

Nice little apartment . Needs some attention to detail and it could be lovely . Feels umloved and a bit grubby in areas and a few design faults . Main bathroon shower head and hose very grubby needs replacing . Taps on bath make it awkward getting in and out . Mirrors are all hung too high Mirror with shelf in ensute ove all basin makes it impossibke to get near basin . Toaster got very hot to touch on outside ? Lounge only has searing for 3 people maybe anothrr small sofa insteas of the chair Handsoap in the bathrolms wpuld be a welcome addition Lock onflat door a bit loose We had a nice couple of days ots in a good locatoon very short walk to pub and pool etx . 15 mon to beach uphill on way back of course We emjoyed the bay but prpbalky wont return to oysercatcher apartment

Biy grubby in places especailly bathrooms . Crockery cpyld be nicer amd cleaner Needs a frying pan .

The property is located in a nice area. The estate is well kept and generally was quiet . The apartment is ground floor and in the corner of courtyard. Other houses had outside seating provided but none outside ours . It’s in a sheltered spot but grateful as so hot when we stayed so the climate inside was nice and cool . Apartment is spacious but lacks some personal touches and attention to detail for visiting customers ..

Parking is a nightmare . . Parking bays are not painted out like other areas.. so inconsiderate neighbours park two bays a car , leaving last car with a slither of a parking space . ( easy fix mark up bays) I feel the property should be more clearly visible for arriving guests , small sign in far window didn’t quite jump out at me .. house sign by key safe would be more client friendly and ensure you don’t try every key safe before discovering the one not directly at the front door .. I feel a full length mirror would benefit the property so you can check yourself before going out .. also a mirror in main bedroom for styling hair / makeup would be helpful . Bed wasn’t comfy .. Property provides bedding and towels but no dishcloth / sponges for washing up dishes . . Felt an inconvenience as had to go buy some . Didn’t find local info for new arrivals until night before leaving as hidden under tv not left out ready for our arrival. Property overall was good , but attention to detail lacking .. not sure I’d go back .. argument broke out one evening in hallway outside our apartment, with security coming to attend and defuse .. police followed up next morning…

Brilliant location, easy route to Filey, Robin hoods bay Bridlington, Flamborough, Scarborough, Runswick Bay and Whitby. Good pubs nearby for eating out.

Be careful when booking when we arrived there were no leisure passes luckily we were only staying a couple of nights, the showers aren't the best and not sure if the washing machine will work because the on button is missing,
