No locks on toilet and bathroom doors No lounge area, as a family of five there was nowhere for us all to sit together

would have liked access to living room after driving 5 and half hours ideally would have been nice to have seat and and watch a bit TV. sitting in small kitchen wasn't the best so had to sit in bed room .

Wasnt clear on booking that there was no access to the lounge/dining room/ back garden (see locked door in photo).so nowhere for eating as a family, relaxing or the children to play games. Front garden unkempt and messy so not keen to use. Only 3 stools with small worktop in tiny kitchen for 5 of us to eat meals..meant 2 had to stand up. No mirrors in bedrooms. 'Extras' ridiculous prices i.e £99 to use a Nintendo switch ! Information booklet was written in a way that did not make us feel welcomed.

The beds were comfy, however the pillows were cheap and flat.

The living room was locked and inaccessible which was a huge disappointment to us. We had paid extra for our dog to come with us and we were asked for him to stay downstairs. This was fine until we got to the property and realised that all he would have is the downstairs hallway and kitchen. Not fair at all to him. If we had known there was no living room prior to booking we would not have stayed here.

So nice area and clean house love it.
