How the Accommodation was thought out and the boardgames for the kids was a good touch .

Not the owners fault but security light shining through the window all night at the rear of the house.

Bottles of water and snacks were a lovely touch, quiet location, easy to find, beds were really comfortable

Only one 2 seater sofa, 2 of us got a bad back from sitting on the floor or the hard dining chairs. 3 men scared us to death coming into the garden to set up the hot tub for the people the next day, not very professional when we've paid for the whole house for the day and night, if it hadn't been raining we would of been sat out in the garden. Also from the photos it looks like karaoke and the hot tub are included but this isn't the case, you have to read the fine print

Very clean Provided lots of snacks, water and drinks which was a nice touch and a first aid kit Games room was fun Bed big and comfy WiFi was good Rooms were all good Towels etc provided Easy check in and out Left out lots of takeaway options which was handy too!

TV reception wasn't very good Should have read the fine print as thought hot tub was included but was an extra charge of £99 Lots of additional options but we're quite pricey eg BBQ, trampoline, hammock, hot tub Late check out was charged by the hour Sofa could have been bugger and comfier as not much room to relax None of this would affect our stay though

It was an ideal location as a stopover. Very close to cafes and grocery stores and close to the centre. The long laneway on our doorstep was ideal for exercising our dog, as it was on the edge of a farm and there was very little traffic. The house was very clean and tidy. It's obvious the hosts take pride in the property and services they offer to guests. There was free bottled water and other drinks in the fridge, supplied by the host. Excellent value for money.

I wouldn't suggest to improve on anything given the price per night.

All is as expected or even better! New front yard, really cool. Lot of games for big and small :)
