Ramskir Apartment

For a weekend away with friends (adults) it would be ideal if you was just using it as a place to sleep. Tv in every room. The property is clean I will say that.

I wouldn’t say it is suitable for a family, no access to a living area or garden (even though some reviews mention a sofa?) so if you are wanting to cook it’s a case of taking the food upstairs, however with a child on board that isn’t really ideal. I found it strange how the living area is locked/blocked so if you wanted to use the garden you need to leave the house and walk around the side, and the gate has a code. Again from the ‘family friendly’ statement I thought access to the garden would be granted.

The property was clean and had good facilities. We were pleased with our choice. We only stayed for one night, as we attended a family party nearby. We got in at midnight and left before 10am so can’t say much more about it.

All good except for the single duvet so we took a single from another bed and had one each in our double bed.

I liked how neat the place was. host gave every information needed so wasn’t hard to get in

Clean, good location, well equipped kitchen.

We hadn’t realised there was no sitting room. So had to go upstairs and sit on bed to watch tv & chill out which was a bit awkward …. Had we known this, we wdnt have booked this property. Also we were 2 people, there were 2 large double/king sized beds and a single bed but only the king sized and the single had bedding. We wd have preferred to use both big beds. The big bed also only had a single duvet on it ! The tv in the second large bedroom kept coming on in the middle of the night … ?? There was no tv remote in the single bedroom.

Easy to find and comfortable

A bit cold at first so we had to enquire about how to warm it up but it was then sorted quickly.

perfect location for the racecourse, felt warm and cosy, comfy beds, clean and nicely decorated. the owners also offer a minibus service to the airport but we asked if we could have a return trip to the racecourse and they accommodated this for us which was really helpful for us and much appreciated!

we hoped to have karaoke set up but it wasn’t available, but we still had a great time.
