The position as we could see St Michaels Mount, the sea, just beautiful. Beds where comfy and kitchen well stocked

For such a well equipped place the consumables where really low. One dishwasher tablet, one coffee pod. Thank you for the prosecco and small milk as a welcome basket.

Lovely views , very homely place everything you need, easy access to a bus if want to visit other areas ,very comfortable beds and very spacious apartment

Couldn’t get radiators to work got cold with a big storm while we were there ,

The location was perfect...a fabulous apartment..the owners kept in constant touch...the family loved it...much appreciated..thank you

Die Lage ist unübertroffen. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und passend gewählt. Das Haus ist alt und gepflegt und verprüht einen gewissen Charme, An Küchenutensilien war alles Erdenkliche vorhanden. Überhaupt ist die Küchenmöblierung sehr hochwertig. Gleiches gilt für die Bäder, die im Übrigen tolle Seife/Duschlotion vorhielten (- die ich mir im naheliegenden Shop sofort auch kaufte.) Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Es gab keinen Parkplatz, obwohl das Feld unter den Fotos der Unterkunft "kostenlose Parkplätze an der Unterkunft" suggerierte, das gelte für beide Appartements. Aber wie sich herausstellte, gehören die beiden Parkplätze nur zur großen Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Das hatte ich bei der Buchung anders verstanden. Da kostenlos im Ort zu parken schwierig ist bzw. das Parken länger als 30min nur zwischen 18-9 Uhr erlaubt ist, haben wir für 65 Pfund/Woche in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gebucht.

A wonderful location. Property well furnished, bed very comfy with luxury bedding, lovely toiletries. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Prosecco.

The lounge wasn't warm enough in the evenings; the thermostat is based in the hall right opposite a radiator and didn't seem to reflect the temp in the lounge, which has only 1 radiator serving it and the large kitchen (no door between the two). There was a cleaning issue in one room- but this was dealt with promptly the next day by a new cleaner. Contractors working on the property next door all week - with a van parked at the front of Ocean Villas for some of the week which was a distraction spoiling the view.

Great space and well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need. Location is ideal for walking around marazion. Property management were quick to respond to any queries.

These aren’t directed at the property but tips- If the heating is set too cold you can message and ask for it to be changed. Although the upper floor has two beds, our children were far too scared to sleep up there and it felt a lot warmer due to it being the attic level. However, the double bed is king size at a minimum so was fine for myself and two children. The view was the selling point but unfortunately the weather (fog) and sea fret meant we could only see the castle on occasion. The key holder is sticky to open. It took a number of tries and we had to contact the property manager for support. We arrived in the evening but I think if it were 10pm onwards this would have been quite stressful as we had two very tired children in the car whilst we were trying the key holder. We got in after 20 mins which isn’t the end of the world but something to note especially if you are aiming to arriving in the dark. I felt the high price was due to the view, but as said this may be more worthwhile in summer/clearer days. Not sure it was value for money if you remove the view.

Beautiful , well furnished and comfortable apartment. Loved the views across to St Michael's Mount.Equipped with everything we could need.

it was good to have parking space but it's a bit challenging to get into.
