Central location.

Neglected front garden, dying house plant; fridge and freezer smelled unclean; oven dishes, pots and large utensils NOT clean to eye or touch; no replacement bin liners and meagre supply of toilet rolls (booking page specifically mentions it; 2 days of trading messages with Louise to resolve this); misrepresentation about "terrace and patio furniture": to sit here is to breathe exhaust fumes, in full view of unceasing main-road traffic with dead leaves littered at your feet. The noise of a family of 6 in overhead apartment was ATROCIOUS - every step, suitcase wheel, toilet flush, window sash and loud sneeze carries down. I cut my stay short, changed train ticket at some expense, and returned home to rest.

Location and view across the bay to St. Michaels mount was amazing Very well equipped, Huge double bed and super comfy pillows and linen Modern Kitchen and bathrooms

Creaky floors above and no parking outside

Marvelous location with view to the castle on Saint Michael’s Mount. Amazing (corresponding to pictures in announcement).

Parking situation unclear for everybody involved (3 parties on a triangular section in front of the house, without marking). A drawing and another traffic cylinder might help.

The view is outstanding and the rocking chairs were a hit. The upper floor was popular with the kids. Appreciated the abundance of hot water and the lovely hand and hair dispensers - local product and smelt amazing . Great range of catering pieces.

Wasn’t ready when we arrived - errors happens but it was very disappointing with young children though was resolved within 2.5 hours. Parking space is tricky. Very small kitchen preparation area.

Location and fantastic views.

We thought it had an outside area! The photos lead us to believe there was. There was a lot of cobwebs upstairs and around the stairs area. The carpet looked like it certainly didn’t get hovered. The second door area at the bottom , looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the builders left. With a tool left in the letterbox. It also was dirty behind the kitchen bin area . And could also do with a toothbrush clean behind doors and skirting. Also the windows rattle around in the night . The bathroom bottles weren’t topped up ! Not that I wanted to use them. The washing up liquid had been topped up with water. This is a beautiful place and I’m only saying so , so they can see there standards are slipping. I would want to know this if I owed this property.
