Ocean Villas

Lovely apartment we came for a honeymoon and it was much bigger than we expected. There was a room with a large bunk bed would be great for a family too.

An amazing location, sitting in the kitchen/living room and looking at St. Michael's Mount directly out the window. The pictures accurately capture the view from the unit. Additionally, we found the Marazion neighbourhood much nicer then Penzance, so really appreciated staying in that area. We were able to easily park our small SUV on site. Good WiFi and well appointed kitchen (i.e. pots, pans, utensils, etc). It was a bit confusing regarding the entrance, but figured it out, as there are two units in the house (downstairs and upstairs). Lots of great little restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks of the unit.

It was hard to find even with using the post code in the GPS. The GPS wanted to take us to the back of the unit which we didn't recognize as there are no pictures of the back in the listing. So we drove around the block a couple of times. So it would be helpful to get a map from the owners showing where it sits and where the parking is, versus just a written description

The view from the property was exceptional. Fortunately for us, we were able to park the car directly outside the property, which was really helpful.

The property was described as 'Luxury', but really did not meet this standard. It was comfortable, but at over £300 per night, that would be expected. The bathrooms and kitchen were modern, but as we had problems with the hot water (and heating), we were unable to fully appreciate them. We were compensated £31 for this inconvenience. For comparison, after leaving Marazion, we stopped at an absolutely gorgeous (truly luxurious) hotel in Hampshire for £165 including breakfast. Everyone knows Cornwall is expensive, but this property was very disappointing. It felt like we were simply paying for the view.

The pictures do not do it justice! This was just what the doctor ordered: stunning views, unbelievable location, beautiful, updated and comfortable villas. We loved it! We definitely want to come back and stay here. So wonderful! Thank you!!!
