Lovely location, very central. Close to amenities and the views are amazing.

The location was just superb Very roomy apartment

The main issue we had was a lack of hot water and heating Enough hot water for 1 shower only

The view is amazing and the place is in the perfect position to reach the castle or to take a bus to Penzance…or just to walk around Marazion. Very comfortable and clean, strongly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Villas II. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view of the sea and St Michael's Mount was probably the highlight. The kitchen had all the requisite bits and pieces for holiday catering. The bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. Marazion is a great base from which to explore the surrounding area in Cornwall; St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole and Lizard Point are all within comfortable driving distance.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Villas I (ground floor one-bedroom apartment). The apartment was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with the views over St Michael’s Mount, a bedroom, two bathrooms and a small patio in front of the house. The apartment was clean and well taken care of. It’s just a few steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops with frequent buses to Penzance and St Ives. There were a few things which could have been done better but overall I would love to stay there again.

1. The living room has just a few power sockets, it would be great to have a few extensions 2. There was a bit of dump smell in the bedroom, especially inside the wardrobe 3. The soundproofing - you can hear people upstairs walking on the wooden floors, maybe carpets would have solved the problem 4. There was a rather poor phone reception in the apartment, especially in the bedroom This was not an issue for me, but there is no parking space for the ground floor apartment (only for the larger apartment upstairs).

Excellent property with view directly to St Michael’s Mount. Clean and comfortable. There’s parking locally and a couple of restaurants local, too.

The views were amazing and you are so close to the beach. Nice large bed for the double and nice single beds in the other two rooms. Well stocked kitchen and wonderful decor throughout. And a very long bath, which was appreciated as I’m six six.

Nothing it was perfect. Maybe a clothes horse would have been a nice addition.
