Excellent location and views

Location and exceptional view. Beds were very comfortable and very clean.

There were number of things that could have been done far far better. 1. There was no welcome pack! we have stayed in other properties in Cornwall and they all had a good welcome pack (such as bread/eggs/bottle of wine/tea/coffee/jam etc.) 2. There was a complete lack of toiletries, we had to search for hand-wash soap because there was minimum amount in the bottles. There was no spare toilet rolls and had to go and purchase some. 3. There were too many unfriendly signs in the apartment (specially in the bathrooms). These made us very uncomfortable on using anything in the bathrooms in case we got told off by the owners! Not everyone is out to take toiletries home! 4. It looked like that owner didn’t want us to use anything or made it difficult for us to use. For example, if you are providing coffee machine then you also need to provide coffee capsules, dishwasher had only 2 tablets and we stayed 4 nights! So we ended up washing dishes by hand, there was only 1 washing tablet left for us (we had a child with us) which was challenging. 5. We expected more for what we paid, even though the view from the apartment was fabulous.

Absolutely amazing, lovely place with everything you may need to feel at home. Perfect for a couples retreat or a small family getaway

I worried a bit over all the rules. I hope we were able to follow everything well. Fortunately, there are guides to follow all over the apartment.

Great view of St Michaels Mount and the bay. Comfortable and spacious in villa 2. Good location near the beach and shops/pubs.

Complicated and old water heater broken, so cold showers for first day. But, property manager was responsive and organised to have the problem fixed within a few hours, so warm showers after that. Parking for villa 2 out front was useful, but a difficult maneuver to get in/out, partially blocked by other cars.

The view is stunning and the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures are exactly as you find the apartment
