Amazing location. Lou was incredibly helpful and communication was outstanding. The property is in a perfect location with outstanding views of St Michales Mount.

Nothing - it was perfect!

As it was our wedding anniversary the view was lovely, though out of season it was quite busy at the front of the property, in the height of the season locals mentioned how busy it is so you don’t experience the privacy unfortunately.

Our stay was marred with how unclean it was, the main door was absolutely filthy and had to use a blue cloth from the kitchen to wash it down, inside the French door windows were smeared and had to clean them, we found dried food on the outside of the frying pan, so decided to get some bleach and washing up liquid and re wash everything for peace of mind. We found a plant growing inside the room under the window sill, dust on surfaces which obviously hadn’t been cleaned, mould around the French doors, areas in the bathroom under the radiator with residue from bottles of toilet cleaner still not cleaned and obviously missed, which apparently other guests had complained about, we took Pictures of the poor cleaning, 17 in total, we made a complaint to a Louise which was a contact ! And was taken back with her attitude defending the lack of cleaning, the apartment in my opinion had a basic spot clean which I backed up with pictures, and I highlighted the lack of basic hygiene carried out. They were mould on the windows and heavy mould on the blinds too, and you could smell damp in the apartment probably that’s why they had the dehumidifier on permanently and a note saying please don’t turn off ! We was offered a 33% discount on another stay there as long as we did it within 120 days !!! Thankfully we only paid £100 per night, but in the height of the season they charge over £500 per night !!!!!!!!!! Definitely not worth it, parking is shocking too ! This was supposed to be a lovely wedding anniversary weekend to relax and enjoy ourselves on our 5th year of marriage, but it ended up being ruined with what we found, and having to re clean things which we shouldn’t have had to do, in the evening it was really cold and you couldn’t turn the heating system up as they were a lock on the system preventing you from doing so, so we had to contact this Louise to over ride it and turn it up from where she was in Devon !

Fantastic location with beautiful view of St Michael's Mount opposite. Lit up at night. Excellent facilities, comfortable and welcoming. Everyone loved it here and were sad to leave.

Weather but can't control that and comfortable setting more than made up for it.

Faultless ! High standards throughout from towels to heating to cutlery. Good communication and initial parking change dealt with hassle free We didn't want to leave - spent may hours looking at the views from the windows !

It would have been nice to maybe have some milk in the fridge. There was no arrival package which was surprising at that price per night.

The lock on the front door: a bit sticky! There were some problems with the heating system.

The location is great and I can see St. Micheal Mount through the big windows of living room of the property. The property is very clean and large which is over my expectation. Will recommend friends to stay here when visiting Cornwall. It will be perfect if the property owner could provide a photo to show the parking position after booking.

The ceiling of bedroom on upper floor is a bit lower for adult but perfect for children.
