It’s position

All excellent. Only one negative which was the late check in and early check out. Stayed in hotels and private rentals all over Europe and never had to check out so early. However it is mentioned pre booking so decision was mine to proceed. Would highly recommend property though.

Beautiful views and easy to use apartment. Loved the bathrooms and living space.

Walking up the hill after a long day wasn’t my favourite thing but totally worth it for the views and was manageable.

Pretty , comfortable flat with parking, balcony and exceptional estuary views from living and bedroom. Early departure and late access times are down side, key box code had too many digits. Check with host this has been corrected

The apartment was nice with no complains.

We booked the property 3 days before to ensure good weather. Sun predicted so looked for an apartment with balcony as it was our intention to eat outside. Even with coats on to enjoy the view and weather. Long needed. The balcony made our decision especially since from photo advertised . On arrival problems getting into the property as code numbers given were wrong but they sent someone out. That’s ok. Get over that. Then No heating. Called host who told me what to do. Fine. That’s ok. Later found in journal an explanation. All hand written and difficult to decider. Other information in there too. However all fine still. Not getting annoyed. Then we discovered the filthy balance. Grey decking covered in thick moss and filth. Table and four chairs totally rotten wood and rusted. Absolutely shocking. Was so upset and very annoyed the property rented this with total neglect for outside space. Looking at that everyday was depressing. I sent photo to host who said thanks for bringing this to my attention.!! It had obviously been there for months. Then as I was obviously upset said. I will see what I can do. Did nothing. No reply. After contacting to check on update he obviously had to get out of the situation said. Someone was supposed to come two weeks ago ? So now it’s clear you do not keep a close eye on your rental to make sure people booking your home have a happy stressful break.

Everything was 10/10! The flat is decorated so tastefully and comfortably. It had absolutely everything that we needed for our quiet Christmas break. The view is fabulous, its on a very quiet street (I mean, you can't hear a THING apart from harbour noises!) and the parking was a great bonus. All of the furniture was super comfy and it was incredibly clean throughout. Had everything we needed plus a very short walk into town down a gentle hill, or a walk/short drive to the two beaches (South and North Sands). My husband, our dog and I were very happy here - wish we didn't have to leave!

Beautifully decorated and well equipped flat, in a superb location with fabulous views…with the added bonus of a parking place.

Great location, short walk into Fore Street. Fantastic views, good to have parking.
