"Lovely break In beautiful Salcombe!"

Lovely modern apartment with every convenience. Comfortable and very well equipped. Loved the view from the balcony❤️

Only minor negatives and that was the cleanliness of the balcony and age of the furniture/bbq on it. The decking was green and mossy and the glass needed a good clean. The furniture and bbq are old and need replacing. Definitely didn’t spoil our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are visiting the area.

"This was our 10th Salcombe anniversary and it felt really great to be somewhere so comfortable and well thought out."

The owners had furnished & equipped it very thoughtfully, looked very new and although slightly smaller than other places we have stayed our expectations were exceeded as soon as we walked in. The showers were really good, we had lovely views, slept really well in comfortable beds and our children appreciated having their own large tv! I loved the black out curtains in the master bedroom and all the local artwork and ornaments they were really lovely touches. We appreciated the car parking space - so much easier to unload and load the car and pop out without worrying about losing a space at Batson. We normally stay not far from Fore Street so for not much further distance we felt we got a lot more at this flat. It was a really quick walk down to Fore Street and Island Street. The children popped to the park nearby and the walk for morning rolls at The Bakehouse and crepes in the evening was too easy!

Not much that we didn’t like! We have a couple of paddle boards and other such stuff and we didn’t really like to bring them into the flat so ended up leaving them in the car! So again was glad of the car parking space. Once we had to put one on the balcony when we used the car.

"Gorgeous flat with fabulous view."

stunning flat, absolutely spotless and very well equipped. Decor was beautiful. It rained the entire time we were staying but at least we had a stunning view and lovely surroundings.

The view from the balcony was amazing. everything we needed was in the apartment. fantastic location

nothing, but if if was being picky, the pillows were a little lumpy.
