Location good Parking Nice views

One blind not working, stuck half way down the window so obscured view and enabled next door to look directly in on an evening. No protective coverings on the pillows or duvet resulting in stained covers. Entrance hall very musty

The location is fantastic, showers are lovely and the view is spectacular.

The apartment is falling apart. The paint was missing off the walls in all but one room, the toilet seat was hanging off. The toilet wasn’t connected to the wall, the glass was very dirty outside although this may be the responsibility of the building owner rather than the host not sure, the beds were frankly ghastly one ridiculously hard the other polar opposite and so soft our firmed has a bad back now! (I’m aware I sound like Goldilocks!). The sofa was so uncomfortable that the folding chairs on the balcony were bought inside as had better comfort. The reality is the owner just needs to spend some money refreshing the apartment and furniture then actively maintain it. The front lock was broken( but we were told not to use it and it will be fixed once we have left, so might have just happened giving the benefit of doubt) and when raising with the owner that some of the towels were dirty, we were told they should be clean. Not very helpful. The comments about sofas, and maintenance are reviewed by others below, having gone back in hindsight! So these are not isolated incidents.

Great location for the weekend. Well equipped kitchen in you decide to dine in. Fabulous view from the balcony and dog friendly too.

Kitchen and 2nd bedroom window onto Main Street would benefit from some glass privacy film instead of having to keep the blinds closed when at home during the day and early evening.

"Great holiday accommodation in Salcombe."

Great location slightly away from the busy village centre but easy to walk down there. Comfortable beds and sofa. Fabulous view from the balcony which is bigger than appears in the photos. Bathrooms worked well. Nearby allocated parking a bonus. Owners kindly allowed us to check out an hour later at 10am - many thanks. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

One of the electric window blinds in the living room was stuck in a lower position, obscuring the lovely view, and two light bulbs weren’t working (which we replaced) but otherwise everything was fine and these minor issues didn’t detract from our enjoyment.
