6 Queens Gardens

Fantastic location in the heart of Eastbourne. Parking was a little trickly because our visit coincided with the Eastbourne Triathlon, however the triathlon did add a great atmosphere to the town and in the end we just paid for parking in the hotel opposite so not a real issue. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you would want.

The apartment was big with good space for my family. Plenty of room to relax and chill after a long day. Location is second to none, very close to the beach, peer and many restaurants and bars. Host was always very kind and willing to help, gave me excellent recommendations. We will be back.

Spacious, comfortable and a good location by the pier. Good communication with the host and housekeeper who sorted out parking permits which are good value.

Finding a parking space nearby can be a slight challenge but it’s not a huge problem.

Really nice, friendly team, best communication I've ever had leading up to a stay. The location couldn't be better and the house was really nice and spacious. I would definitely stay again.

To be fair, most of our problems were out of the hosts control - the people living or staying above made SO much noise and were completely inconsiderate, thumping and banging all night and letting their kids run around from 10pm until 3am every night. The parking is a free for all, because the location is so perfect you have to be really lucky to get a space outside of the house no matter what time of day it is. In our opinion the beds were far too soft, we have firm matresses at home so it was a complete extreme for us. Our main groan is the easiest fix... almost every single piece of floor trim (metal strips between rooms) had all 4 or 5 of the screws sticking out, my 5 year old must have stepped on them 100 times during our stay resulting in tears every time. I tried screwing them in but the screw heads are all stripped. With that being said it wasn't enough to ruin our stay.
