Very good clear professional liaison with owner Very clean spacious, lovely welcome from housekeeper. Bottle of wine in fridge on arrival. Beds clean and comfortable. Good seating provision.

limited parking. Not really a sea view. Tap in en suite poorly working . TV difficult to work, loss of signal and complicated remotes for operation. Back areas in unkempt state- an eyesore. No mirrors in bedrooms either unfortunately. A must for women .

The property was in a perfect location for the pier, seafront and town centre. Eastbourne has an amazing seafront. The flat which is on two floors had everything you could need for a break away from home. The WIFI was good, the flat was really warm and the sofa was comfortable. It was very spacious. Also an excellent TV with access to IPlayer via little red.

The shower upstairs has fluctuating temperature and can get very hot. The screen door is very stiff and my daughter was scared she wouldn't get out. I couldn't shut it as I am recovering from a shoulder fracture. A shower curtain although not my favourite would be preferable.

Lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great communication with owner and understanding and flexibility when our check in was later than expected due to flight delays.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare despite having permits.

Plenty of room, very comfortable beds.

Would have liked instructions on how to use the television as it was completely set up to the internet. Also the adjoining property made a lot of noise through Friday night, although it was very quiet Saturday night.

Superb location, gorgeous front living room with big bay windows, really lovely property. Host was very easy to contact and talk with in lead up and parents spoke with cleaner who was also lovely. Great property, would stay again.

Really really minor but en-suite upstairs quite small so a bit tricky using, esp. brushing teeth over sink! But brilliant there were two bathrooms so not a complaint.
