"Good stay ideal location"

Great location, walking distance to the centre. Lots of board games in the property for children to play with. Spacious and comfy beds.

The water (boiler) went off when using the shower on two occasions and had to shout for family member to reset the boiler. Bit noisy outside but that can’t be helped.

"A great stay in York"

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Seb was very kind and helpful, ready to answer any queries we had. We loved the homely touches that made it extra special.

Friendly helpful owners. Good recommendations of where to eat. Accommodation has everything you could need for a weekend away.

Stairs to the property were very steep. Was a little bit further out than we thought - my mum is 82 and did a lot of walking over the weekend.

Great location and nice to have some outside space to sit

Blind in one of the bedrooms was broken and curtains quite thin so let in slot of light. Spoke to host about this so hopefully resolved for future quests.
