"Brilliant , clean and central."

So close to York Minster you could hear the bells! Parking in the middle of York is a rarity. The welcome pack was a kind thought .

Friendly host, milk bread juice in the fridge. Very well equipped, warm and comfortable. Perfect location.

Mattress on one bed was lumpy in the middle but other than that perfect. Will be booking again.

"Would stay again but needs one or two things doing to the place to get it up to scratch"

Nice touch tea coffee cereal juice milk crumpets and muffins plus chocolate supplied for your stay plus lots of games for the whole family

Sheets didn’t fit the beds and buttons not done up on duvets had to beach in shower to scrub tiles to get soap scum off it plus we had to keep resetting water boiler so we could have a shower and then it was only lukewarm or kept going hot and cold so would recommend having changed. When using steps at the back the ivy encroach them and the metal fence athe the top was hanging off as metal poles had snapped off so not safe

"An amazing stay in ideal accommodation"

The property's location is perfect, in easy walking distance to everything. Everything that could be needed is supplied. It is wonderfully comfortable. A lovely view of the city walls, trees and squirrels out the back with a glimpse the munster 😁😁😁

Comfortable, homely apartment with lots of helpful information from Seb. Perfect location, just a 10 minute walk to everything.

Not really what we didn't like, but a slight downside is the amount of stairs if you have mobility issues.

The location of the property as well as the lovely welcome items that were left to make all of our stay even better. When sitting in the apartment you can hear the sounds of the bells from the minster which added some great atmosphere to the local area. Local amenities were shared by the owner so that it was easy to locate something that you were particularly looking for.The use of a carpark was also an added bonus.

To be honest I don't think that there was anything we didn't like. One visitor found the bed too soft but the other 4 were happy with this.
