"Perfect location for exploring york"

Accommodation was comfortable and inviting. Location ideal for exploring york. Didn't get to meet Seb the host as was so busy exploring and shopping but he was in touch and left provisions for when we arrived which was a lovely touch.

"Wonderful apartment in a great location and a superb host."

Great location, perfect host, very good information for arrival. Beds are lovely and comfortable. Great information on the board in the kitchen. Welcome gift, milk, tea coffee ect. Would 100% stay here again.

"Superb"

Location was excellent. Instructions for appliances in the property were also as good with very clear communications from Seb before arrival which made things very easy. Very pleased and enhanced our visit to York.

The apartment is in a great location & the owner Seb was lovely, friendly & approachable. It was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed. And there is parking! There was milk, bread & a chocolate in the fridge which was so thoughtful.

It is on a noisy busy road, but the proximity to everything is the huge bonus.

"Very happy with the facilities, situation and host."

Perfectly situated apartment just a short walk to York Minster and the City Centre attractions. Very clean apartment, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, lots of homely touches. Fully stocked kitchen making self-catering easy. Breakfast items provided - cereals, bread, milk etc. Enjoyed having a terrace to enjoy the late August sunshine. Seb is a helpful and friendly host and is available to contact before/during visit and gave useful advice regarding places to visit. A massive bonus is having a free parking place for the duration of the stay.

No negative comments at all as the apartment is good value for money.
