The Lauderdale Street Residence

The house and layout are perfect for 2 couples. Free parking on the weekend right outside the window also helps. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen and all the amenities. You could easily spend 2 weeks here. It was very cozy.

The bathroom could use a few shelves and hangers for towels and clothes.

The property windows needed cleaning. The garden needed some urgent attention

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fussläufig zum Zentrum und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie schön hell. Insbesondere das große Schlafzimmer ist komfortabel, während das zweite Schlafzimmer fensterlos ist. Die Küche mit Esstisch ist ebenfalls geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Rundum gibt es eine sehr gute Auswahl an Restaurants und auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über keine Fenster und nur über ein schmäleres Doppelbett.

The location was the only positive thing. Also the receptionist was very friendly.

The main concern is the breakfast. It was included into the price and supposed to be a good one based on the pictures. However, it starts from 7:30, which is extremely late for the hotel standards and the logistics of the town not that good to be able to leave it at any time. We had to check out at 7:30, so they packed a box with breakfast for us. So instead of a good breakfast with eggs, bacon and beans, which was a reason we picked this hotel initially, we got a tasteless sandwich, yogurt, an apple and the small box of the juice. Absolutely awful experience! There is no information that the breakfast starts so late! Besides that the electric cattle was broken and switched off every 10 seconds and there were no hangers in the bathroom and in the room beside the closet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
