The Lauderdale Street Residence

Lovely flat beautifully decorated flat,which had everything we needed. Only bugbear was there was only one sofa and a chaise longues - not enough relaxing seating for 4 adults to socialise but we managed!

We loved the close proximity the the royal mile! Ton of local places to eat or if you prefer groceries stores there are multiple. Many options for coffee !!!

Great sized space for 2 couples and fantastic location. Lovely lounge room and it was a nice touch that they had put up a Christmas tree for us over the Christmas period. Beds were comfortable.

There was an issue with the boiler, which it sounds like they are struggling to have fixed. It was an easy fix to turn back and they sent an instruction video. However if the boiler went off during the day while we were out we came back to a freezing house which then took some time to warm up. The boiler did switch off multiple times. I would also suggest that it would be worth updating the pictures on here as we had 3 guests working over the Christmas period and the photos advertised multiple desks which have since been removed.

Size of apartment & decent sized rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Furnishings all nice & fresh, bed linen good quality. Christmas tree and Christmas decorations a very nice touch in December.

Didn't like the main fluro lighting in the kitchen - everywhere else lighting nice.

It was clean and spacious, it was a home from home.

This was our second stay at the property. We found it to be a welcoming home from home. It was cosy after cold days out and about. We particularly loved the private back garden and the large windows that allowed the sunlight to flood in through the flat.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
