It was like a home from home, warm when we arrived and really comfortable and spacious!

There was a broken tile in the bathroom that really needs fixing. It didn’t feel safe with our two little boys going in and out the bathroom.

Wow! Fantastic stay 😊 I would definitely stay again. So spacious, offers everything you need for a homestay. Very comfortable and secure. The area is clean and within great distance to The Mile. Having the option of not having to stay in holes is an absolute must for travellers like myself. Having options to be able to cook for yourself and come and go and have your own sitting room rather than sit in a hotel room. Is also great for wellbeing. Karen was a lovely host and available on the end of the phone. No queues to a reception desk etc. Thank you again.

Property is in a nice street. The rooms were large. The property manager was very helpful.

We hadn't appreciated that the property is in an area where lots of students live. It was a good 20/25 minute walk from the city centre which wasn't too much of a problem but the flats above the one we stayed in were rented by students -I got woken once or twice by them coming home early morning banging doors and running up and down stairs. The property itself was spacious. Furniture was a bit dated but fine for the 3 nights we were there. There is one area that does need addressing and that is the bathroom. There was a lot of black mould around the bath and shower, giving the impression of not being very clean. The whole lot really needs replacing. The glass in the bathroom door is very dangerous. One pane is missing and taped up with tissue paper. The whole of the glass panel has slipped down leaving a 2-3cm gap at the top. This looks as though it will fall out at any minute! Would I stay there again? No.

Car parking was a bit of a problem you could only pay for 4 hours in the day and had to come back and pay again later it was free after 5pm till 8 am next morning
