"Bad"

Nothing.

Just a horrible experience overall. There was no parking event though they've marked as it having parking. The entrance and stariway was filthy and boarded up like something was being covered up. Something kept making sudden noises like tap gushing or toilet suddenly refilling. 2nd night there was a scary drugged up woman at the door crying and telling me to open the door and give her some water to drink. That scared me so much that I didn't spend another night there.

Very good location, close to city Centre

One room had no windows at all and this was a bit of an issue as it was a bit warm.

Location that's all

We were on the top floor very steep stairs the floor in the room was sloping toilet only flushed about every hour shower door didn't close properly and worse of all their were no fire extinguishers anywhere there was only one way in and out so if there was a fire you would be Unable to. Vacate the property safely very poor
