A good tv

The pipes made a loud noise night and day. The house was on a slope and it felt like being on a cruise ship. The house door to the street was constantly left open. Smokers congregated under my window.

It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

No closets or storage areas for luggage. No stove/kitchen to cook. I ended up having microwavable meals for a month which isnt a very healthy way to eat. The furniture were placed on a slope so if I put anything in the drawer the whole table would tilt and almost fall. Taking these things into consideration, the price of the stay was way too expensive. I have stayed in better accommodations for way less.

It was available

The length of stay was reduced from 4 nights to 3 nights. This was agreed by email 7 days before hand. However the reduced amount of £48 has not been refunded. Booking.com are not refunded and the property are just ignoring the evidence and taking no responsibility for this action.

The studio was spacious and clean, a great location near town and in a quiet area. Excellent customer service from staff always on hand when called.

Complicated process on arrival at the property had to contact the management company and and go through a process of identification and send photo Id to get the access code.

This should have been done when I made the booking and payment to Booking
