It was very comfy. Had many facilities available nereby!

There was no cleaning facilities! Despite I’d paid for cleaning! There are no cleaning equipments like a broom and Mop!

Nice modern room

The room is too bright and noisy. Mattress springs are broken. Blinds are filthy. Ant infestation.

Great location with on street parking, suite was a good size with good appliances. Shower was powerful.

The front door requires a blind fitting as light beamed through early morning waking us up, also people could actually see into the room. Cleaning needs addressing throughout, dust all over lights, under cushions on sofa food debris noted. Drain smells, perhaps clean or add a deodorisers. Cups were dirty.

Location and price were reasonable

The oven was really unclean. I used it to heat a meal. Due to the oven being covered in grease/fat, it really made the studio smell. The cutlery was covered in finger prints and any mugs or dishes used required cleaning before use. They weren't horrific, but it was that sort of standard a teenage lad might try to pass off as clean.

The bed was really comfortable.

Not as seen. Bathroom dirty with faeces and hair in the shower.

The only good thing about the space was the size and location. Everything else lacked anything positive to say in the slightest.

Stayed at the property for 3 nights and were given 1 bath & 1 hand towel between the 2 of us, when going to shower we realised both towels were dirty & stained. After multiple phone calls we then received new towels 2 days later. The hosts failed to call back with any update each time causing further frustration and the need to follow up, when they did answer they kept asking why we couldn’t use the (singular) hand towel provided to shower. The staff were rude and lacked any compassion or desire to help. The shower itself had what appeared to be months of limescale build up and there is a serious problem with the drains, it seemed as each day progressed the smell got worse and worse, like blocked drains/toilet waste etc. The WiFi connection was so bad we couldn’t load a web page so if travelling for work it is impossible. The tv had some streaming services but the remote as so bad that you could barely use them. There were stains on the furniture and marks all over the walls, it seemed the hosts had a total lack of love and respect for the service they were offering which is a shame as with a little love, care & better staff this could be a nice apartment to stay in.
