Room not cleaned. No clean towels or bed linen.

I liked the clean suit, the area and comfortable bed, and couch. The bedding, towels, kitchen was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils needed. The room was big and airy.

I didn't like the sliding door to the toilet, our fingers got caught in it twice. I didn't like the electricity turning off in the bathroom whilst i was showering. It's annoying. I didn't like that when the bins were collected, they were not put back in their place, they obscured the exit so we had to squeeze through past them. I didn't like that there were no instructions how to turn the cooking hob on. A note with directions should be placed above the hob.

Perfect location for us. Very quiet. Bed comfortable.

Too much light from outside at night - needs curtains - especially over the glass in the door. The toilet is exceptionally high - needs a stool to rest your feet on. I’m 5ft 3, but I could not put my feet on the floor. A cafetière would have been nice, rather than a machine that used coffee pods.

Nice place and location but trying to enjoy a weekend away bombarded with rules. Felt like you’re in prison. email night before £100 charge if any neighbour reports noise £100 charge if smoking in room or in building,(we don’t smoke.) Sign in kitchen telling us to put Rubbish in wheelie bin they have cctv watching the bin and if lid not down properly there will be a £100 fine. Leaving for family meal in early evening yet another email saying be out by 10:00am or we charge £15 per hour (we were leaving at 8:00am) Also told “Clean all your dishes and put heating controls back to original settings.” Tv in room but it only has Netflix so if you haven’t an account no good. This property is setup for residential rather than a holiday let. Deposit not released until 4 days later.
