Location was good. Clean room and facilities good.

Bed was too small for 2 people. Should put in bigger bed as there is room for it

Tea ,coffe and sugar were provided . Studio was modern , clean and attractive and well kept. Apart from a few minor hitches (see below ) we would use these apartments again as overall we were pleased with the accommodation.

The collection of keys would have been easier if the light in the key cupboard did not keep going off. I ended up using the torch on my phone to see it. We had two rooms, and one was room 2 at the back. That key box was easier to see and to open. A blind on the top half of the door to Studio 2 would have blocked the street light which shone in all night. We also could not get the TV to work past the opening menu. Clear instructions would have helped.

Everything you need for a short break. Well located. Comfortable. Looks very clean ( until you look a bit further) but it is a nice modern design.

Overly bureaucratic- I've never received so many emails and do they really need £150 security deposit? Not the best cleaning job. They charge £35 for cleaning on top of the rent so they could at least clean under the bed, clean milk splashes out of the fridge and toothpaste stains off the bathroom sink plug. TV only works on the Internet which is a bit of a pain if you just want to catch the news!!

The cleaning, i looked under the bed er there was so much dust i leave it in the kitchen so you can see it. the kitchen tools were not clean, the kitchen was not that clean as well.
