La ubicación

Desde que reservas empiezan a llegarte correos, tienes que firmar un contrato, luego te mandan las claves para entrar, cuando llegas al alojamiento debes enviar fotos verificando que todo es correcto, etc. Es demasiado para estar de vacaciones.

"Nice facility, but the host tries to make the quick money with some tricks."

Was beautiful and good quality furniture. Ideal location.

1. The internet was not working the entire stay. Not at all. 2. The process of checking in is completely inappropriate. You need to make a money deposit. Then you are expected to do an inventory and check of everything and report then, otherwise it’s your responsibility. I don’t want to count forks and scratches in my holiday. That’s your job dear landlord! 3. You check in at 16h and have to leave before 10h. Otherwise it comes with a hefty price tag. Hence you get 25% less value for your money on that day. Overall: it’s a nice facility. But it is obviously that that catoon business guys are trying to make a lot of money quick money on the clients back. I am expected to do their job and pay for each extra, while they don’t deliver the promised and you don’t get any discounts.

Un petit coocon bien chaud et décoré avec soin.

La porte coulissante de la salle de bain ne ferme pas. Le plancher de l'appartement est très déformé, le déplacement n'est pas agréable, mais c'est un très vieil immeuble avec le charme de l'ancien...Le prix n'est pas justifié même pour une période de marché de Noël.

Die Unterkunft lag im Sperrgebiet des Weihnachtsmarktes. 2 h lang versuchte ich aus allen Richtungen mit dem Auto in die Rue de Landeck zu kommen- vergeblich. In 600 m Entfernung fanden wir einen Parkplatz und mussten zu Fuß mit dem Gepäck die Unterkunft aufsuchen. Ein Hinweis von Ihnen auf das Sperrgebiet hat gefehlt. Das Appt. selbst war in Ordnung.
