Perfect location. Lovely apartment and clean

Parking would be better without having to collect and drop back the Q-Pass. Because where the drop off and pick up was and no way to park near it.

Great location, fresh linens, and reception staff were friendly. The apartment was not as noisy as we anticipated.

Kitchen is well appointed, however cutlery and crockery were dirty and the dishwasher is mouldy. As others have mentioned, the 1 couch is in very bad shape - dirty, ripped, springs broken - so there wasn't really a nice place to sit. If I was welcoming people into my home I would have thrown out the couch a long time ago

Fantastic facilities, really easy and flexible check-in process. Very clean! Gorgeous old apartment building with lovely large windows and high ceilings. I felt very safe as a lone female. Apartment had a dishwasher and washing machine, fans were left in every room to help with the heat. Very thoughtful hosts who regularly reached out to make sure everything was ok. Honestly the value for the price paid was 10/10.

The location (lots of bars, restaurants, shops, etc) was absolutely incredible - right in the city centre. The downside of this was it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning (it probably felt worse because of the single glazing and the fact the World Cup was on!). WiFi wasn’t fast enough for streaming (but was fine for browsing the internet) - this wasn’t really a big issue as I just switched to 5G which had a great signal.

"Don't.. JUST DONT."

Lied about free parking, owners aggressive and rude. Owner did NOT send information about how to pay deposit/bond prior. To get free parking you have to find the owner at another property streets away, if they stay there. The owner refuses to give free parking card. Rooms extremely noisy, not a working kitchen, nothing supplied. No support. Sofa un usable, hole in the middle. Mould in bathroom. Dirty socks in washing machine. Dishes all dusty set on table. Threatened by owner deposit/bond won't be return if we give a bad review. Our advise just DONT.

Excellent location. Apartment was adequate

The sofa bed was broken/ extremely uncomfortable so no comfy chairs to sit on in the evenings. Altho only slightly uncomfortable both the mattresses could be renewed. There was no tea towel, dish cloth etc.

"Great location, apartment was spotlessly clean, staff we REALLY helpful. Would definitely stay again"

The location

The sofa bed in the lounge was broken and a window cracked but this didn’t affect our stay and we informed staff so that they could remedy these issues for future guests
