Modern , clean, comfy , fantastic location

Everything was perfect

location, cleanliness, apartment size ‏But this does not mean that I recommend it. A very bad place due to the lack of cooperation of the staff.

There was no reception, no employees, you had to check in and out on your own. The stairs are narrow and small, only enough for one person. Unhelpful, strict in the decision to check out, no one helps you carry the luggage. A scary place. There are only 3 apartments and no elevator. It has no safety equipment , I don't recommend it

Location and atmosphere

The apartment was very comfortable and well-furnished. We loved the decor. We made good use of the kitchen, and the sitting room and bedroom were very cozy. We appreciated the heated drying rack in the bathroom, since it rained during much of our stay. We also found the location ideal - although the immediate area is touristy and crowded, it was easy to walk just about everywhere. For lovers of history, it was quite a treat to stay in such a historic property.

Initially, it was a little difficult to find the apartment and to enter through the front door. However, once we figured that out, all went smoothly. We also had a little difficulty with setting the heater in the apartment. When the heater was on, the space was adequately heated; when off, it was a bit chilly. There was noise from the adjacent pub and tour groups in the courtyard in the afternoon and evenings. However, we could not hear the noise in the bedroom, so it was not really a concern for us.

Uncomfortable bed. But this is a personal preference. It was too soft and not good for the back.

Excellent location in a historic building just off the Royal Mile. Beautifully restored & tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean & very well equipped.

Very well presented - great location. Couldn’t fault the experience.
