Location was amazing as we were attending a conference at the BIC

Leak in toilet bathroom and upstairs were really noisy

Podría haber estado más limpio. Al jardín no se podía salir por su estado descuidado. Moho en el suelo del baño. Había cosas rotas, como por ejemplo la puerta del microondas y una ventana que se quedaba abierta sin posibilidad de cerrarla. Además las habitaciones no son como las imágenes puesto que no disponía de litera, era una cama de matrimonio en las 3 habitaciones. Tuvimos que utilizar el sofá cama.

Fantastic accommodation: spacious, well equipped and cosy. The hosts are attentive and gracious: accommodating our requests particularly as we arrived with several children and babies. Their communication was exemplary with regular comms before, during and after our stay. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The location is very close to Bournemouth beach with easy access to many of the surrounding amenities. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back again!

Very spacious and really well equipped for great holidays by the beach. Location couldn’t be better. So close to everything and very quiet considering where it is located.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Dirty floors when we got there. No windows opened in kitchen. Kitchen had no fire alarm. No plugs for sink so the men couldn't shave. Leaking toilet. Rats in the garden so kids or dog couldn't go out unattended. Garden had stinging nettles everywhere and fag butts

Needs a bit of an update. Could have need cleaner.
