Outside of the building does need some work, but inside the apartment was well presented. It was clean, good quality towels and bedding. It was ideally situated and really quiet, so great night's sleep. Added bonus free off street parking

First appearance of apartments disappointing, very untidy and looked neglected/ poor up keep

"Lots of bugs, old furniture, run down and in need of attention!!"

Location was 10 minutes walk into Sunderland town centre. Parking was available outside the property.

Couldn't get hot water, lots of bugs, mainly spiders and ladybirds. Cracked glass in the cupboard. Very old and used furniture. Crockery and cutlery were old and had a "dirty" feel. Desperate need of refurbishment and TLC!!! Very disappointing. No hoover either or general amenities usually provided.

"Comfortable beds, host always at the end of the phone if you need them for anything."

I loved the fact the property was 3 minutes away from where my mum lived, the beds were so comfortable and overal felt like home.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property. Everything was spot on, Everything worked how it should.

"Nice location and nice people compare to Londoners but very bad house"

Nice and quiet place

Dirty, smelling, House was cold as the heaters wasn't working properly. Sofa bed was just stinking and had to sleep on the floor using our jackets. One of my friend got rash because sleeping on the bed

The rooms were all a very good size and the beds and sofa were very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The Wi-fi signal was also excellent.

The toaster didn't work.
