the apartment was so spacious and clean and perfect for our family weekend away, it had everything we needed

if we were going to be picky the sofa bed in the room wasn’t the best for our son, but it fulfilled its job

Location was ideal for the Beyonce tour, was hard to figure out the lockbox, clean and safe place to stay. A little cold and a tad bit expensive but I’m putting that down to the demand during the time.

Very good value for money, close to everything and decent parking available outside.

The windows are very hard to open and keep open as it's old and could do with an 21st century double glazing upgrade.

No hot water, called explain the situation and they said day before was working. Not true, a mistake, I understand about that, been long time without use, bat small rubbish bits and the leader heater full dust. Sms starting coming and telling what to do, move tha refill tap, to stukc, because was in low pressure, well should not happen that for any circumstances.

Stayed in ground floor appartement (1), I liked the overall size of the accommodation, big lounge (4x5m?) and big bedroom (4x5m?) with really high ceilings (about 3.6m?) , street parking (for residents) was just outside the front door which made bringing the bags in/out very easy (There was space to park when I stayed) The kitchen was sufficient for cooking 2x and the bathroom was sufficient aswell. The beds where ok but nothing special. The heating of the accommodation and shower hot water worked well. We also liked the massive seating area.

The kitchen was poorly equipped: 2 Mugs , 4 glasses, 4 bowls and 6 dinner plates and 6 desert plates , 2forks, 3 dinner knives , 4 dinner spoons and 2 tea spoons , a couple of more forks, knives, mugs would have made a difference in experience, there where only 2 of us so that was manageable, but it wouldn’t be enough for 3. There was only 1 toilet roll so for longer stays bring your own, and also bring your own coffee and Thea and sugar. The fridge was very small/basic. The place didn’t feel very secure as the (large and old) front door was only locked by a catch lock and the door into the accommodation was a simple euro lever lock . The accommodation would have benefitted from a shoe/coat rack in the internal hall area and a working kitchen clock. Furthermore, the curtains in the lounge area where not been able to be opened fully (not the sides). The sounds from upstairs (Walking/tv/Talking etc where quite noisy but for us this wasn’t an issue . There are also not many sockets Available in the accommodation, something to keep in mind if you would like to charge multiple devices

Was in a nice location near the centre and a corner shop

The bath had dead flies and dust in it. I complained 3 times and was told someone would contact to clean it. By 8.30pm I called to tell them not to come any more as had 2 children to put to bed. Had to go and buy cleaning products and clean myself. Floors had not been hoovered Miss matched cutlery and crockery and glasses The windows were not double glazed so you could hear noise outside and the bed next to the window was very drafty.

Very nice situation... quiet and green...
