Sandy bottoms

Clean and comfortable, very warm, liked the one leval. Nice walk in to town centre.

No extraction or window in kitchen, only 3 wine glasses, one tunbler, four mugs and five plates made the dishwasher useless as you need them a few times a day. Noise from Carmel hotel above. Although we managed really well and slept well. Freezer was a pain, damage to shelves and needs defrosting. Overall was really good but does need a few things looking at.

The only thing was we couldn't see the front from the bedroom no view like it showed on the picture

Warm, cosy, clean and nice living room kitchen and bedrooms.

Poor bathroom, shower either freezing or boiling, exposed pipework behind toilet, bath wouldn't drain, silverfish on the floor. Property wasn't called Sandy Bottoms and so was difficult to find. No outside lights, treacherous steps to apartment which was at the rear. Really difficult to gain entrance as outer door not signed. Building covered in scaffolding and looked really awful which wasn't communicated. No streaming services as advertised.

The location was excellent for what we needed.

The apartment was fantastic, clean loads of space too

Little further than expected to the centre. But I'm for us because we don't mind walking.

Great flat shame about the exterior.

Nice modern comfy flat to spend time with your family.

The residents above the Twin bedroom were still running around at 2pm in the morning.

Exterior of the building is a bit off-putting - scaffolding at the front and wasteland of a back garden. But once inside, the flat is lovely. Spacious, remarkably light given its a basement flat, well furnished and well stocked with everything needed from a holiday flat. Free parking in the street outside.

We didnt have breakfast.

The Bed was a bit low i struggled i have arthiritis.
