Sandy bottoms

Everything was great. Had WiFi issues & 1 bath towel short both issues sorted promptly. Great idea no key to worry about as door was coded beds comfy very clean & spacious rooms . Very modern & great kitchen & facilities all looked new nothing dated

Personally for me I did find it a little 2 far from the centre & pier but the walk is lovley all along the prom & flat no issues with parking . Over all no negative at all.

Exterior photos are inaccurate, it’s actually an underground back-of-building feature. There was construction ongoing (which I was informed of) but they did not tell us that the entire front of house was pulled missing and that the “wall” was in fact cardboard stuck to ceiling with duct tape. Place was dirty (food waste left in sink) which was fixed in hours but on second day boiler malfunctioned and host ignored all my calls and texts. Still hasn’t replied.

The property was clearly being refurbished and in an unfinished state. Scaffolding around the building with no communication about. There was no garden area to sit out as advertised. Main bedroom has a had a wall erected that was unfinished, blocking the advertised (in photos) bay window however let’s light in through gaps early morning. No windows to see outside. Noisy due to the noise from staff/guests from above hotel on other side of a locked door to the extent where we thought someone was in the kitchen. Shower leaked. Freezer drawer door fell off. No ironing facilities as advertised. No batteries in TV remotes. Overly we felt this had potential to be a great holiday let however we were extremely disappointed.
