"Superb apartment"

The apartment was exactly as described. Key collection was effortless. Instructions re heating, waste etc... was all available and easy to follow. Tea and coffee was available which saved me hassle. All the facilities I needed were present. This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in for a short trip.

There was plentiful parking on street from Friday night through to Sunday. The company was responsive when I had a query prior to arrival that I wanted to resolve quickly. There was complimentary tea, coffee and sugar in the property, which was unexpected. The kitchen was well equipped. The decor was bright and the flat was clean and welcoming.

There was nothing that I disliked about our stay or the organisation.

Car parking .

Beds uncomfortable. Settee springs gone, wrong shape and size toilet seat . Only 3 dessert spoons when there was 4 of us, no shelves in bathroom to put necessities etc. Paint work and filler in flat and bathroom very shabby. Cleaning materials left in bedroom, and very limited space for hanging clothes for 4 people, also entrance hall looked as if it needed a good clean.

Great location, easy walk into the city. Clean accommodation , well stocked kitchen if you are cooking for yourself. Beds comfy.

Rather perplexed with a note being put under the door when we arrived (maybe from the adjacent rooms) telling us to be quiet at certain times yet they come in later than these quiet times with no consideration for us!
