"Superb"

Stayed in the Thompson apartment. Very good stay. Everything needed for a stay in Cardiff. Clean and tidy, full facilities and equipment provided. Location was great. I would recommend to stay here.

Only a preference. Bed was not so comfy as it is a softer mattress and small double. Living room layout could be improved. Tv does not function correctly through remote control and was frustrating. Otherwise nice place.

"An okay stay"

Very nice and quiet location near public transport. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, although it was smaller than expected. Checking in and out was very easy and the host communicated quickly.

The apartment does not look like the photo - must be a picture of another one. Beds were rather small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny. It took as a while to figure out the heating system.

"Mini break"

The apartment was spacious and clean and it had absolutely everything we needed. Great instruction pack too!

There was nothing that I did not like, no issues at all. Of course the parking was annoying when I couldn't get a space but the instructions to use the side Street really helped.

"Superb"

The team were really helpful with a last minute added night and it was super easy to check in and very nice apartment.

There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, other than we couldn't fault the place.

"Great Apartment Stay"

The apartment was in a great location, not too far from shops and restaurants, or the city centre itself. Easy to get into with ease of parking, as it was on the end of the terrace you could use the side road to park. The apartment was clean and well presented, overall a nice place to stay.

The lights were a little dim in the lounge, but that's just being picky, it was a lovely place.
